AVQ Series is the earliest Power Vise of Auto Well which is also the first one to provide Mechanical Booster and adjustable pressure mechanism in Taiwan.  The skillful products are made for M/C machining center and have been sold around the world for decades.

1. Jaw opening:

     AVQ-100G/HV, MAX 140mm/cm²

     AVQ-125G/HV, MAX 203mm/cm²

     AVQ-160G/HV, MAX 275mm/cm²

     AVQ-200G/HV, MAX 300mm/cm²

2. Bed height: tolerance 0.01mm or less

3. Distance from keyway to stationary jaw: tolerance 0.01mm or less

4. Distance of AVQ, AFP, and AVL from keyway to stationary jaw is the same.

5. Clamping force can be freely adjusted with the guidance of graduation lines.

     Clamping pressure:

     AVQ-100G/HV – 4,500kg/cm²

     AVQ-125G/HV – 5,000kg/cm²

     AVQ-160G/HV – 5,500kg/cm²
